The provided Pin Insulators are mainly utilized in power distribution for the current and voltage over 33 KV. These are positioned on the cross arm of supporting towers. They have grooves on the top for keeping or maintain the conductor for elongated time frame. Their conductor is attached to the insulators on the upper groove on linear line placements while the side groove is placed in an angle by annealed binding procedure. Besides, the annealed binding wire and the conductor of our Pin Insulators are created from the same material. A strong thimble is made onto the structure to accept the pin of these insulators.
